  • Motivates Speech & Interaction in English
Why Stand Up Comedy?

Stand Up Comedy has lower costs to run and is more entertaining than any other speaking presentation. Plus it has a growing popularity right now, and that is down to the growing number of school-going fans of comedians on stage and TV.

So what better way to inspire and motivate your students by having a stand up performance in their own school as an English lesson!

The format is simple, one 50 – 60 min performance with a game show type improvisation where I bring students on to stage and all students participate in some way.

As a part of the English curriculum in many schools, English teachers organise contact with natural English speakers. Stand Up Comedy offers an engaging and fun alternative to usual.

– William Boeva
